 I think the proper thing to wear for a job interview if you are a women should be a skirt or pants suits. The skirt shouldn't be shorter than your knee length. For the shoes it should be either high heels or flats, and a blouse. For men the proper thing to wear is A white or light color shirt, a tie should be worn, and dress shoes.
